From city life to country living

Located on 4 acres in beautiful Southeast Idaho, we are a small hobby farm who embraces self-reliant living, raising and breeding Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys, and sharing our love of a simple lifestyle. We were city folks looking for a way to slow down and focus on the most important things by returning to the land.  Farming is becoming a way of life for us: a life that promotes hard work and old fashioned ideals.

A primary focus of our farm is on the miniature donkeys we raise.  They are delightful and have provided a huge learning opportunity for our family.  Each day seems full of a new adventure and we love to share it all with you here.

Whether we're discussing what you do with a miniature donkey, building a chicken coop, or how to grow a 25 pound watermelon in Southeast Idaho, we hope you can learn something new!
